Ottawa city by-laws now require property owners to remove or paint over grafitti on their property within a certain time period. Failing to do so will cause a grafitti removal crew to show up and do the work for which the city sends the owner the bill.
If the property owner's costs go up this increase will be transferred in rent increases to tenants of that owner. On the other hand, grafitti painted on construction sidings or condemned buildings slated for demolition doesn't bother me as much.

It's that time of year... tax time! This is the first time in a while where I've actually had my taxes filed before April 15! LOL...

So Hubs went to the grocery store on Tues morning & bought the essentials, 3 dozen eggs, 2 gallons milk & bread. I went that afternoon & bought the essentials plus some which included 3 dozen eggs, 2 & 1/2 gallons of milk & lots of other stuff. So now we have a small farm in our refrigerator. What this photo doesnt show you is the additional 3 gallons of milk on that top shelf! Whew.
